South Carolina’s New Hands-Free Driving Law
Starting in May of 2025, South Carolina drivers have been required to go hands-free behind the wheel. If your vehicle doesn't have built-in Bluetooth or Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, now’s the time to upgrade.
